Don't expect something very fancy or new, but the value for money is really excellent! It was large enough for 6 people, clean and on very good location.

In some of the rooms it was noisy because of the old elevator and walls are a bit thin.

Reception based in another location accessible between 10am to 7pm only. Old elavator system.

we were not satisfied with the stay in this apartments, elevator were broke down which made us lifting our laugage to the upper floors, Kitchen was not prepared well, equipments were not in a cleaned shape that could be used,would not think to stay again there.

It was close to city sites.

The hot water did not work, the elevator regularly broke down, the toilet did not work, the contact staff where no knowledgeable about how to check in after hours.

Very comfortable accommodation. Close to city center even if you go on foot. Nice apartment, new furniture, clean, well equipped, quiet neighborhood.

If they offer you to use hotel taxi service to pick you up from airport and take you to pick up keys and then to your apartment, and you are 4 people or less don`t accept. Hotel taxi driver charged us 55€ (lady at hotel said it would be around 45€). When we picked up regular taxi to drive us back to airport, when we were leaving, price was only 23€ with baggage.

Nice place to lay your head and did the job for our trip. Quite a long walk to the centre, but we thought this as a positive as we wouldn't have seen so much of the surronding area, which is pretty stunning.

Very uncomfortable sofa, not a very nice outlook from the balcony. Was a bit noisy as it's in an appartment block, we could hear lots of noise from other appartments. No mirrors, apart from one in the bathroom cabinet, a suggestion would be to put a couple of full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

Bad smell from the toilet

We were with seven in an appartment with 3 bedrooms and we thought we were lucky finding the appartment as discribed. Location of valencia 170 is next door of an exellent baker and supermarkt and subway is 3 bloks away. The beds are exellent so what more do you want.

For seven people, one bathroom is a bit little and the toilet in that bathroom makes that you have to draw straws who is first . It should be possible to include in Internet services!. And the kitchen items need to be washed before you use it. Ahh ...most inconvenient was the fact that we had to shop in the middle of the night for a corkscrew! But that was the only thing!

Spacious apartment close to the center of town.

Good location - safe neighbourhood and easy walk to metro.

Apartment not ready for occupancy on arrival - we were however, allowed to use an alternative apartment until ready.

The location of the apartment is near the Metro and city centre which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Quite a lot of street noise windows need double glazing

photographs do not correspond at all to what is actually an apartment. the apartment is old and weaker than advertised. the hot water is almost nonexistent and without any force.
